Trade Shows & Launches

Looking to host a successful trade show or product launch? The Kimberley Conference & Athlete Training Centre offers many advantages. The Mezzanine Lobby in the upper portion of the Pre-Function Space is perfect for greeting and registering attendees, and with our ability to broadcast public announcements throughout the building, everyone can stay informed of the time and location of special presentations. Exhibitors will especially appreciate how easy it is to unload gear. The main trade show space, or Ballroom, can be accessed through double doors at street level allowing exhibitors to go straight from their loading dock and directly to their trade show space just steps away, with no stairs or elevators to endure along the way. Additionally, facilitators will appreciate the many versatile features of our facility including the Ballroom’s two giant projector screens for rotating sponsor logos or providing premium advertising space, as well as the nearby meeting rooms that may be used for more intimate seminars or workshops, or a separate space for a coffee break.  And to ensure that your event is great from start to finish, while everyone is busy attending to the trade show, our helpful staff can turn the Pre Function Space into a full cocktail bar so that attendees and exhibitors can end the day on a festive note and enjoy an opportunity for further networking.

The Kimberley Alpine Discovery Camp is ready for Campers from July 9-22!

Our unique summer camp experience makes the most of everything Kimberley has to offer.

Located at 1,200 meters above sea level, yurt accommodations are shouting distance from the village area at the Kimberley Alpine Resort in City limits, and within sight of the Kimberley Conference Centre where meals, showers, daily yoga, and rainy day activities will be offered. Our Environmental Education partners will offer expert instruction on topics such as invasive species and animal migration.

Campers are a twenty minute walk from downtown Kimberley where they’ll experience Kimberley’s history at the Underground Mining Railway, hang out at Spirit Rock Climbing Centre, and get creative with Centre 64. Also within City limits campers will explore Canada’s largest urban park, the Kimberley Nature Park, play a round of mini-putt and cool off at the Kimberley Riverside Campground.

Hanging out in traditional territory of the Ktunaxa Nation, you will learn about the region’s First Nations from neighbors at the ʔAQ’AM community. As well, you will discover what life was like in the region’s first European settlement at Fort Steele Heritage Town.

    • 3 Day Camp: $350 per camper
    • 6 Day Camp: $599 per camper
