Sustainable Meetings

With sustainability and accessibility at its core, the centre was designed to exceed the Model National Energy Code by more than 30% and was constructed entirely of locally harvested BC timber.  But our commitment to sustainability does not stop at the design of our facilty.  We will actively seek new and better ways to reduce KCATC’s impact on the environment while taking into consideration our clients needs and the demands of business.  All our clients are encouraged to join in our shared responsibility to the environment.   Ask us how we can assist you to Reduce, Re-use and Recycle through energy efficiency, recycling and waste management and water conservation initiatives designed specifically for KCATC events.
